Manager Assembly - Qatar Aircraft Catering Company - Doha

You will be responsible to ensure the flawless and timely daily operations of meal and tray assembling as well as that of the Amiri flight handling. Which means the meals are pre-set as per standard menu grid specifications and GLP provided by airlines and setup activities are carried out as per Food Safety Guidelines with 100% control on HACCP.

Develop, implement and conduct training programs in conjunction with QACC managers. Ensure full training program is in place and fully operational for the Assembly (tray-set)department. You will be required to organize and monitor tray set and aircraft cart with dishes, hand over and sign off processes for all catering orders on time and according to customer schedule, specifications and standards. Ensure to prepare complete report(s) with fact and figures in case of flight delays/accident/incident or any operational emergencies.

Requirements

To be considered in this role you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

You must be an expert in this field with a minimum of 7 years of job-related experience in flight catering operations environment preferably within Assembly/Tray-setup section.

Excellent Leadership along with English, computer and planning skills are essential requirements of this job. A candidate with Flight catering operations experience will be preferred.
