Manager Executive Recruitment & Sourcing - Qatar Airways - Doha

In this role you will have the exciting opportunity to provide a recruitment service like no other. You will be challenged to attract and retain a skilled, competent and professional workforce in a motivational environment contributing towards the growth and profitability of Qatar Airways and its Subsidiaries.

Your accountabilities will include developing and implementing sourcing strategies that reflect the resourcing needs of the business and attracts a supreme workforce, ensuring delivery of manpower within set timeframes.

You will deliver a high level of candidate care to senior candidates from a global market. You must be a confident decision maker with strong communication skills and direct experience in a large multinational Recruitment environment. Your account management, leadership and relationship building skills are crucial to excel in this role.

Requirements

You will hold a Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent, ideally in HR or Marketing. You will be an expert with 7 - 10 years’ experience in a HR Recruitment environment with at least 3 years in a Management role. You will have direct sourcing and executive search experience. Knowledge of e-Recruitment systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn is critical.

You will have the proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business and be capable to negotiate and influence others with a strong focus on delivery. You must have the initiative to solve recruitment sourcing problems constantly interacting with Recruiters, line departments and candidates. You will have strong mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to train and develop others. You will also have the ability to support project management within a multicultural environment and have strong English communication skills.
