Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a well-established logistics organisation who is looking to hire a Manager - General Services who will report directly to the Vice President.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage the provision of quality, sustainable administrative support to the Vice President, in effective planning, controlling and directing all activities related to office facilities management. The manager of General Services will have a team of 5 direct reports working closely in delivering on general services objectives and strategies.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree in business administration or equivalent, with at least 5 years experience in administration. It is essential you are able to handle pressure and have an excellent knowledge of administrative policies, procedures and practices.
