Manager - Marketing, E Strategy & Systems - Qatar Airways - Doha

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our QR Holidays team as Manager - Marketing, E-Strategy and Systems.

The main purpose of this role will be to develop a multi-channel marketing strategy for Qatar Airways Holidays with a strong online performance focus to substantially increase QRH's revenue, status, performance and awareness in all global markets.

Key Accountabilities will include:
- Maintaining and development of e-strategy and online distribution of QRH services.
- Identifying and coordinating potential marketing partnerships in target markets.
- Development of QRH system and adapting proper change management process.
- Leading and organising teams to connect Marketing, E-Commerce and System, tasks and activities.
- Leveraging QRH’s system features to introduce innovative marketing and e-commerce features.
- Development and management of database (internal – CRM, e-mail and other external).
- Facilitating QRH customer communication procedures within all communication channels, online sales performance and online marketing (brand and performance marketing).
- Improving awareness of QR Holidays brand as a tour operator in the target markets - with focus on GCC region.
- Responsible for marketing activities, E -strategies, B2C online proposition, including design and functionality for all QR locations.
- Maximising leverage from 'research online, purchase offline' - effect and develop QRH multi-channel revenue.
- Planning, prioritising, scheduling and executing changes in marketing activities and e-strategy.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Executive Management experience with minimum of 10 years job related experience
- Proven track record in airline and / or travel industry
- Experience in Online Marketing and E Commerce (preferably in the Airline or Travel Industry)
- Project Management experience within larger corporations
- Strong leadership, mentoring and relationship building skills.
