Employment: Full Time

Our client are a leading Service providers/contractors/service providers currently working and operating mega projects and master planned developments across various industry sectors.

Currently seeking a Manager of QMS, Reporting and Performance Management to report into the Director of Operations. One will be based in Doha, Qatar.

The chosen candidate should have experience within the Facilities management or construction sectors, preferably with Middle East experience. Current location is open.

The chosen candidate will manage the Performance Management Framework and reports on Key Performance Indicators. Also responsible to define quality requirements for employee teams, suppliers and contractors

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Establish, implement and maintain a Performance Management Framework
- Define quality requirements for suppliers and contractors to ensure they are included in contracts
- Develop reports to support measured KPI’s
- Evaluate performance of suppliers and reports accordingly.
- Review engineering work packages used in requests for proposals
- Revise and approve quality assurance deliverables included in bids to suppliers
- Prepare and coordinate project audits and reviews as set out in the quality plan
- Issue and track corrective and preventive action requests made during audits
- Coordinate operations, technical and project staff training in quality as required
- Measure, assess and audit the quality systems of operations, technical, suppliers and contractors before contracts are awarded
- Track corrective actions asked of operations, technical, suppliers and contractors
- Identify lessons learned with key staff
- Coordinate client satisfaction survey
- Coordinate closure reports including performance statistics for benchmarking
- Play an advisory role in helping all complex stakeholders
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science or management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management / quality management
- Have experience in construction project management or facility management
- Have experience in Vendor Quality Management
- Experience working in the Middle east is preferable
- Fluency in English is essential

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Quality certification from a known organization (ASQ)
- Auditor Certification from an accreditation body.
