Manager Recruitment Marketing - Qatar Airways - Doha

The Manager Recruitment Marketing will work in collaboration with the Global Recruitment Team, Corporate Communications, Marketing, HR and other key stakeholders to create and execute an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and lead the employment branding and marketing approach for Qatar Airways Group.

Your accountabilities will include identification of industry, country, function and business specific talent markets, in-depth market research, optimisation of marketing channels and on-going development of Qatar Airways Group external employment brand. This will help shape, input and lead a route to market that positions the Qatar Airways Group as the world’s 5 star airline!

It will be your job to deliver employer branding and employment marketing to the Global Recruitment Team and ensuring that this helps to attract the top talent from the Global Market. You will analyse the ROI of all EVP campaigns to ensure successful attraction becomes a repeatable success. You will proactively identify new routes to market that include but not limited to social media, online advertising professional organisations and educational establishments.

Requirements

You will be an expert in employer marketing methodologies and tools from a consumer driven environment with a minimum 7 years of job-related experience. You will hold a Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent and have a successful track record of developing and leading successful employee marketing campaigns. It will be advantageous if you have a degree in Marketing or Communications.

You will have the proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business and be capable to negotiate and influence others with a strong focus on delivery. You will have strong mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to train and develop subordinate's skills.
