Manager Recruitment Selection & Assessment - Qatar Airways - Doha

An exciting opportunity is now available to join Qatar Airways’ HR-Recruitment team as Manager Recruitment Selection & Assessment. In this role, you will work directly with the recruitment team and line management stakeholders to develop end-to-end assessment and testing strategies that cover both blue- and white-collar candidate talent pools.

You will be challenged to develop tailored assessment and testing strategies that meet the needs of a varied range of business entities such as retail, engineering, customer services and operations.

In addition, you will be accountable for monitoring the performance of assessment and testing programmes and will be responsible for reporting on their success whilst simultaneously identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements

You will hold a Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent, ideally in HR. You will be an expert with 7 - 10 years’ experience in a HR Recruitment environment with at least 3 years in a Management role. You will have direct experience in developing and running Assessment Centres and other Assessment tools.

You will have the proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business and be capable to negotiate and influence others with a strong focus on delivery. You must have the initiative to solve recruitment selection and assessment problems, constantly interacting with Recruiters and line departments. You will have strong mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to train and develop others. You will also have the ability to support project management within a multicultural environment and have strong English communication skills.
