Job description / Role
My client is a leading developer who are currently working on one of Qatars largest and most high profile mixed used developments which will play and integral part in the growth and development of Doha. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced senior Quantity Surveyor to take up a Managing Quantity Surveyor role to oversee a team of quantity surveyors and take a lead on commercial and cost aspects of the projects.
Requirements
Candidates should have a degree in quantity surveying or a related subject and should preferably be a chartered member of a recognised international body such as MRICS, MCIOB etc. Candidates should have a background as a quantity surveyor working on large construction project and should have preferably worked in the middle east.
