Job description / Role

An experienced Marketing Director with a strong background in real estate and property development is required for our client based in Qatar.

- The role will include overseeing the entire department to ensure the overall marketing strategy and long term brand strategy of the client are met.
- The candidate will be able to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with mass media organizations, industry analysts, business, government, and other influences.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the clients policies, procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Leads and directs the management of change through continuous improvement of directorate’s systems, processes and practices.
- A strong knowledge of the Qatar/GCC real estate market dynamics.

Requirements

The selected candidate will highlight the following:
- Experience with marketing for real estate or property development industries.
- Consistent history in previous positions.
- Bachelor degree in marketing/business.
- Minimum of 12 years experience with 4 years in a management position.
- Background dealing with branding, market positioning and events.
- Strong personality.
- Fluent in Arabic and English would be an advantage.
