Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Marketing Communications Officer - Qatar Airways - Doha

You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications for Privilege Club to increase awareness of the Programme and increase member engagement and activity.

You will be responsible to oversee the development and manage content of the core Privilege Club communication vehicles.

You will also implement dynamic and leading edge Loyalty marketing campaigns to increase airline revenue and load factors, supporting revenue generating to achieve Company -wide targets.

Requirements

You will hold a Diploma or Associate Degree in marketing with a minimum of 5 years experience in direct / online marketing / loyalty programs. Experience gained working with Multi-cultural customer base will be an advantage.

You will proficient in Campaign Management, Website content management tools , Photo editing softwares and Email Marketing tools/ systems.

You will display strategic and analytical capabilities to manage marketing programs along with excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.

Your past experience must include basic html and knowledge of WYSIWYG editors such as Dreamweaver, copy writing/editing for offline and digital channels. You must have analytical/numerical skills to be able to analyse campaign performance stats and produce reports.
