Job description / Role
The marketing coordinator is responsible for managing all market wide promotions, initiatives and projects to assist the company to achieve its market wide objectives – The incumbent will work with the business insight, agencies, other departments, to find solutions for issues / challenges then puts a plan to address them – Will be responsible for initiates, projects & campaigns execution (regional & local)
• Responsible for briefing all agencies, finalizing the communication collaterals
• Conduct market wide briefing sessions for every campaign
• Work with the business insight to evaluate the performance of every campaign
• Determines & identifies areas of opportunities for each campaign to guarantee better executions & results in future ones
• Provides a full file covering all materials used for each campaign and its performance reports (archive)
• Works with business insight to recommend projections & pricing of new items
• Regular meetings with the LSM lead to align the LSM projects with the regional/marketwide projects
• Summarize the FT and highlight the key opportunities
• Work with the parties in charge to come up with solutions to overcome the opportunities
• Work with Market-I to benefit from the “Community” project in Qatar to conduct researches
• Provide recommendations to assist with sale planning market wide and storewide
• Manage agencies and projects in the pipelines
• Conduct regular meetings to review the scope of work
• Evaluates the agencies performance
• Keep up to date with relevant policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations and communicate those to the Marketing Manager and other departments involved
• Keep up to date with the company’s practices and operations
• Recommend improvements to processes and capabilities of the function to increase effectiveness
• Recommend areas of self-development based on performance and manage leave and work schedules
• Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior in line with company values
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially and business sensitive information
