Job description / Role
Job Purpose:
• To coordinate activities related to Qatar Rail’s development in marketing campaigns and strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing Qatar Rail’s marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements.
• Supports the Service Delivery Dept by providing market trends and forecasts.
• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing; contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Communicating Qatar Rail’s campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the team
• Organizing and planning promotional presentations.
Requirements
• Graduate Degree preferably in marketing, advertising or related field
• Minimum 3+ Years of relevant experience
• Training in marketing research, market segmentation
• Excellent PC operation skills including MS Office, word setting applications, primary knowledge about marketing research, planning, financial skills.
