Job description / Role
Guildhall are looking for a talent Marketing Manger to lead their clients Marketing department. The client are a leading automotive distributor.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage Marketing, advertising, and promotional objectives by designing, implementing, and facilitating annual marketing and communications plans with the automotive division aligned with strategic and sales goals.
• Conduct and oversee market research to determine market requirements for existing and future marketing and branding campaigns.
• Expand the brand digital presence through the website and social media platforms, and monitor the end result reports.
• Create and monitor annual marketing budgets to deliver strategic marketing and sales goals, and negotiate marketing support from principals.
• Coordinate with the external agency to develop creative content for advertising materials, social media, and other marketing-related developments.
• Organize and control launch events, motor shows, sponsorships, and all brand-related events
• Manage and report the outcomes of the productivity plans and projects, develop new strategies, and deliver timely and insightful presentations to GM, Top Level Management, and Sales Teams.
• Ensure compliance with all principals CI (Corporate Identity) guidelines across all customer touchpoints. Oversee business development activities to deliver SBU goals.
• Ensure that the marketing team is supporting Sales and CRM Teams by providing updated vehicle spec sheets, showroom catalogs, posters, and TVC’s for customer viewing by brand.
• Coordinate with marketing staff and CRM teams in regards to the latest press kits and advertising to be conducted in the local market.
• Manage the partnership with approved suppliers related to marketing.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of marketing experience preferably in the automotive industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or any related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
• Persistent and pro-active
• Responsible and able to drive the business independently
• Competitive and efficient to achieve targets
• Strong public speaking skills, multi-tasking, and time management skills
