Job description / Role
• Mechanical system design and review
• HAP calculations
• Preparing technical letters and reports related to the mechanical trades
• Reviewing specifications, drawings, schematic and other technical documents
• HVAC System and Life Safety compliance
• Provide quality assurance for ongoing project
• Provide cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical systems
• Providing engineering support during construction and commissioning
• Performing Site visits and supervision
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering + MMUP certified
• Strong Design background
• 10+ years of work experience required
• Solid exposure to international environment
• Full computer literacy and familiarity with Carrier HAP, AutoCad and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Technical writing skills
