Job description / Role
Joining an expanding team in Qatar as an experienced MEP Commercial Manager with experience working on Sports Stadiums, you will be supervising a team of cost consultants and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and in line with financial targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated and professional candidate from either a contract or consultancy background to contribute to the ongoing success of the business in the region.
Requirements
- Degree Qualified and ideally having achieved MRICS Chartership
- Able to lead, manage, motivate and mentor a small team of consultants
- Self motivated and driven, with an ability to think analytically and bring ideas and energy to the team
- Working between head office and site
- Experience working with contractors and sub contractors and extensive experience of commercial management of MEP aspects of the build for Stadium projects
- Able to manage the performance of a small team, and multiple projects
- Excellent client relationship building skills, with a proven track record in delivering large projects
- Able to meet financial targets
- Contribute to the commercial success of the business, and growth in the region
- Experience in the MENA region desirable
