Job description / Role
Experienced MEP Project Manager required for a Health Care Project in Qatar. Experienced in working on large Healthcare projects, you will also ideally be degree qualified. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking their first move to the region as Middle East experience is not required, although working on large and complex hospital project within Europe is essential.
THE ROLE
- Project managing a large MEP Healthcare project
- Managing a culturally diverse team
- Representing the company on site with the client
- Delivering all MEP systems – from fire alarms to lighting, nurse call services, specialised medical equipment etc. on site
- Supervising installation
- Programming and scheduling the works
- Liaising with the client and attending meetings
Requirements
- Experienced MEP Project Manager
- Degree Qualified
- Previous experience of managing Hospital projects within Europe
- Systems and process driven
- Client facing with excellent communication skills
- Able to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Committed, safety conscious and adaptable with a solutions oriented approach
