Employment: Full Time

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Manage account(s) through quality checks and follow ups.

KEY OUTPUTS:
• Ensure full implementation of the Business Development Agreement (BDA) and monthly activities
• Follow the journey plan or time plan assigned by the supervisor to visit the assigned stores
• Familiarize with category key manufacturers and brands
• Ensure shelf share requirements are compliant with BDA
• Ensure global Availability Visibility and Accessibility (AVA) guidelines shelves are fully replenished to meet demand
• Ensure that product are merchandised as per assigned planogram
• Know the multiple point of interruption of Nestlé and the competition
• Know the sell in & sell out of the customers and report it to the Key Account Specialist (KAS) or Field Sales Representative (FSR)
• Maintain a personal hygiene
• Ensure that promotions are in the key locations, attract shoppers attention in alignment with the sales team, price well shown and invite self-service for better shopping experience
• Align and abide with the store’s policies when receiving, storing, and shelving products
• Align with the salesman for the timely delivery of products
• Offload the deliveries from the 3PL and organize them in the storage space
• Reporting of out of stock, competitive activities and price changes
• Ensure effective use of the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) method when merchandising products if needed
• Inform store manager and FSR/KAS of damaged goods
• Ensure effective use of Point of Sale Material (POSM) based on picture of success elements
• Recommend new merchandising opportunities based on the movement of the product from the shelves and/or display areas
• Ensure flawless execution of promotional activities at outlet level
• Responsible to maintain the quality of our products, and the hygiene of the shelves
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes. Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity

Requirements

KEY EXPERIENCES:
• 0-2 year experience in merchandising (preferably in the FMCG industry)
• University Degree
