Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Make sure that the office operation is running in perfect conditions
- Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
- Able to analyze the situations and make reports accordingly.
- Participate in challenging projects related to office.
- Make sure that business trips are arranged according to company policy.
- Review & validate office utilities bills.
- Prepare monthly estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management.
- Able to locate suitable business premises and negotiate reasonable leasing agreements.
- Assign jobs and duties to office staff when needed.
- Track office supply inventory and approve supply orders
- Assist in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
- Supervise all administrative personnel

Requirements

The candidate should be computer literate, have a professional attitude, good verbal communication, interpersonal skills and a strong ability to multitask and Professional appearance.

Previous experience in office management is preferable.
