Job description / Role
- Provide administrative support to departments or individuals.
- Greet and receive visitor and identify their requests.
- Receive and reply telephone and mail messages.
- Coordinate with legal department for contracts and renewals.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Keeping computer records up to date.
- Report unresolved issues to the line manager.
- Handle information requests.
- Filling documents and other paperwork.
- General administrative assistance (photocopying, filing, document collation, data entry, etc.).
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management.
- Handles other administrative duties assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience administration field.
- Advanced knowledge of office systems software.
- Excellent typing and writing skills.
- Basic accounting and management knowledge
