Charterhouse is working with a global leader who is looking to hire an experienced, driven and proactive Office Manager. You will join the team in start-up and oversee all office administrative tasks and external correspondence.

This is an exciting role for an “all-rounder” Office Manager who will act as the primary local interface for the company stakeholders, both internal and external, as well as supporting the CEO. Your administration and organisational skills will be utilized to the fullest in this busy role ensuring the office runs smoothly and in-line with international company policy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, updating and maintaining compliance manuals and records as well as ensuring the office adheres to local statutory requirement. You will manage administration of the office budget reporting, including basic accounting, IT support, office and procurement management. You will also be responsible for health insurance administration, working alongside the PRO on government related issues, general HR support to the HR Manager as well as any travel logistics as and when required.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a commercially astute self-starter with outstanding presentation and communication skills. You should have the desire to learn and work alongside the organisation. You should have experience in a multinational organisation with at least 5 years’ experience in the same role. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English. You should also be able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent organisational and planning skills for this busy role. Along with a high attention to detail you will be able to maintain high confidentiality, ability to work independently and under pressure. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate.
