Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Candidate will be responsible for developing and prepares Company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) reports, metrics, and dashboards.
- Will be participating in designing and implementing company’s risk management strategy, framework, policies and procedures in coordination with company’s leadership and relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
- Will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and assessing any potential risks related to company’s business, as well as setting the proper plans to deal with and mitigate those potential risks.
- Will assist in the quantification of the risk exposure analysis and development of robust scenarios for the stress testing analysis to prepare company filings for regulatory requirements if any.
- Reports and monitors all risk management issues and assists in developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.
- Analyzes, reports and documents any risk exposures, as well as any risk policy exceptions to the Head of Risk and IT Security.
- Liaises and coordinates with external parties or agencies on risk reacted matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any other related field.
- Globally recognizes credential certification in Risk domain for example PRM, FRM, CRMA and/or CRISC
- Minimum of 4 years of risk management experience.
- Experience in risk exposure quantification and scenario modelling.
- Experience in implementing risk management activities in accordance with standards (e.g. ISO 31000)
- Experience in operational risk, project risk and financial/treasury risk in shipping industry if required.
