Job description / Role
Guildhall is providing support to a leading O&M company in Qatar to assist in identifying a new Operations Director for a newly awarded project.
This will be a 5 year Facilities Management contract on major buildings within Qatar. We are currently looking for this Operations Director to lead a new team of senior management appointments.
Requirements
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must have the following skills and experience
- Degree in Engineering
- Over 10 years experience in Facilities Management
- 5+ years experience in Operations Management position
- 2 years experience in the GCC
- Must have managed projects which encompass a cluster of buildings
