Operations Manager

Job description / Role

Adept Personnel are currently assigned to one of Qatar's largest local construction companies, who are currently looking to recruit an experienced operations manager to join the business.

Over the past 10 years they have become a trusted leader in Qatar's construction sector, delivering projects up to the value of QAR 150M, providing exceptional expertise and technical knowledge across every phase of the project life cycle. Consistently rated as one of the country's safest contractors, their primary objective is to develop, execute, and maintain capital projects on schedule, within budget, and with operational excellence.

The individual and collective expertise of their work force of more than 1,000 employees provides cost-effective, intelligent solutions on a range of building projects including residential towers and low rise projects, commercial and retail developments.

Requirements

- Will be degree educated within civil engineering or another related subject.
- Will have at least 20 years experience within construction, previous experience at Op's Manager level desired but not essential.
- Previous experience of the Qatar construction market will be a distinct advantage.
- You will come from a main contractor background within the building sector.
