Job description / Role
The Milkshake Factory are look for a regional Food & Beverage Manager. This person shoulbe be responsible for managing operations of all Food & Beverage outlets to deliver and exceed Guest and Member experience. A Food & Beverage Manager would also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
Requirements
- A very good level of verbal and written English skills
- Catering / Food Hygiene qualifications
- Preferably working in the GCC already
- Ideally has 5 years experience managing franchise model food chain in GCC
- A proven track record of managing industrial catering facilities
- Ability to comply with all F&B standards
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
About the Company
The Milkshake Factory (TMF) is an international brand looking to open in Doha in March 2016 in various malls. It has a kiosk environment where customers will order from the counter and either drink their milkshake whilst shopping or in a communal food area. The group already has 5 coffee shops in Doha and would like to quickly expand the TMF brand across Qatar.
