Operations Support Administrator - Al Futtaim Vehical Rental, Doha, Qatar

To support and manage the operations administration roles and responsibilities. Ensure management and monitoring of all process and polices is in compliance with ISO requirements. Manage internal communications ensuring that the rental/Lease and fleet teams provide exceptional customer service levels.

Support leasing, rental and other AVR divisions in processes improvements. Management of driver allocations and schedules on a daily basis along with management of the service bookings.

Requirements

As an Operations Support Administrator you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Your duties will include ensuring compliance of procedures and recommending new procedures or changes to existing procedures so that revenue and vehicle movement is accurately and completely accounted for. Ensure accuracy of documentation and system entry to achieve zero-error records.

You will also be responsible to maintain all AVR documentation & administration for all areas of the business as well as the management of the online Booking system, management for drivers allocations and schedules, coordinating with all internal teams, along with monitoring compliance and compilation of all complaints, call monitoring, customer feedback, and rental and lease inquiry logs.
