Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading Qatari holding group. The depth and strength of the group places it at the forefront of companies engaged in the GCC within their field. During an exciting period in their growth, our client is looking to hire an Organisational Development Specialist.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will join the business and work alongside a solid HR team. You will work on a number of strategic projects in close partnership with the HR team to improve organisational effectiveness and culture management as well as focus on performance management and training and development programmes. You will also provide leadership and vision to the team as well as write and implement policies whilst developing and delivering learning and training approaches for the organisation.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be an HR professional with a proven track record in organisational development roles from a fast-paced organisation with either a retail or consultancy background. You should be an intelligent and articulate individual who is able to influence and drive change at a senior level. It is essential you are an expert in organisational development and have successfully led change within organisations. Expertise in the area of organisational design and restructures is crucial for this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and talented individual who has a proven track record developing and implementing organisational development policies as well as managing and delivering learning and development resources and solutions within a consultancy or in-house.
