Job description / Role
The Paralegal provides core legal support to the Legal Services Dept and CEO including research, documentation, drafting, and the maintenance of the legal library, external legal compliance databases, and the contract managements system.

Description
Reviews and drafts a variety of agreements including those with health-care, employment and commercial aspects, and ensures they are edited for quality, consistency and content.
To provide assistance to the CEO and Legal Head, including gathering information, conducting legal research, drafting contracts/legal documents, and maintaining and organizing files.
Gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources to provide insight and proper evaluation of legal contracts and documents;

QAR 15,000 - 18,000 full package
Requirements
Min Bachelor Degree with 5-6 year's experience in corporate paralegal work, commercial and common law.
Good communication skills (read, write & speak) in both English and Arabic is essential.
Bachelor degree of Law is highly preferred.
