Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with our client who is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced In-House Paralegal based in Qatar, to join their expanding financial services legal department.
This is an exciting opportunity and varied role for a driven and hardworking Paralegal who will work alongside a number of Lawyers whilst taking on their own initiatives and making this role their own. You will support in legal writing and drafting as well as legal research, letters of engagement, compliance matters and KYC reviews. You will also be involved corporate governance providing support such as proof-reading and reviewing various agreements, drafting resolutions and minutes as well as maintaining corporate books, records and working with NDA’s.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience preferably from a banking and finance background however, not essential. You should be well organised and highly professional, who is dedicated, proactive and a strong team player. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure. The successful candidate will already be based in Qatar with an NOC.
