Employment: Full Time

Our client is an international law firm who is looking to hire a qualified Corporate Commercial Paralegal to join the team. This is a role where first impressions count as you will be working alongside senior management and with clients delivering company secretarial services to the clients supplementing partner and fee earners’ service.

Providing a bespoke service tailored to clients’ requirements your key responsibilities will include assisting and advising clients with the correct procedure and incorporation of companies, reviewing and drafting various commercial agreements, legal contracts, and drafting resolutions and corporate approvals in both Arabic and English. Some of which would include share transfer/change of shareholders, M&A due diligence and license renewals etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidential files and records and will handle all visa and immigration matters establishing key relationships within the ministries and government departments.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role. You should be a professional and well organised individual who is commercially aware and is able to work to deadlines and under pressure as well as a positive approach with strong team skills is also imperative along with a high attention to detail. Fluency in Arabic and English at translation level is a prerequisite for the role.
