Job description / Role
Our client in the marketing industry based in Qatar is looking to hire a Partnership Executive to join their team immediately.
As a Partnership Executive, your role will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring that the day to day partnership tasks are delivered as per the SLA related to the Loyalty System.
- Developing and maintaining client and internal relationships ; establishing trust and respect with key contacts
- Managing any update requirements regarding operational process, performance design and implementation with the client and between the client and partners
- Supervising and delivering reward related operations for both programmes
- Providing data and necessary reporting to the client management
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great understanding of Loyalty Services
- Experience in marketing or sales with relevant rewards industry
- Confident communicator
- At least 5 years in a Loyalty Partnership role. Preferably within Telecom industry
- Minimum of 5 years account management experience with client facing
- Comfortable with data and analysing the results of marketing campaigns
- Arabic speaker preferred.
