We are currently inviting applications for Patient Flow Coordinator to join Hamad Medical Corporation. The job holder is responsible for being the patient's advocate during their entire pathway of care, at all stages of their disease from diagnosis and subsequent treatment within HMC. Activities include: providing counseling, education, support and advice to patients and their families and careers.
Common Responsibilities:
- Comply with the unit policies and procedures.
- Comply with work schedules (if applicable).
- Comply with assigned responsibilities.
- Recommend procedure change to improve efficiency.
- Comply with motivation plans to ensure achievement of work goals.
- Perform data entry to ensure the preparation of performance reports.
Requirements
If you meet the following requirements then we would like to hear from you today!
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an allied health profession, or the equivalent or a Diploma in Nursing with substantial experience (more than five years).
- 2-3 years coordinating the clinical aspects of the patient pathway within specialty.
- Clinical license and registration in related field (nursing, allied health, medicine)
