PCM Senior Business Analyst - Qatar
Purpose: To handle all matters pertaining to corporate cash management and payment products business specifications, support and testing.
Major areas of responsibility:
* To provide technical and business logic for all the systems this company interacts with
* Supporting existing and new customers
* To become Subject Matter Expert for all Corporate cash management/payment products
* Creates detailed business requirements at a technical level to develop existing corporate products
* Testing new functionality - UAT
* Creates detailed business requirements to develop new corporate products
* Support RM & BBG in promoting Corporate cash management Products in the absence of PCM RM
* Manage relationships internally and externally.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Produce requirements
* Perform UAT
* Customer support
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent experience: Graduate in Business or IT Degree discipline
* Years of experience: 6+ years of experience in related field
* Specialised training in: wholesale banking sector, IT projects
* Broad knowledge and experience in: 6- 8 years practical experience in corporate relationships/IT project work/IT project background
* Excellent skills in: Strong communication, IT Technical knowledge and relationship skills, leadership and negotiation. Fluent in English. Arabic is a bonus.
* Demonstrated ability to: Complete and follow up with all documentations, attend to internal meeting and manage IT involvement.
* General knowledge of: Project lifecycle, software development life cycle, cash management products and core banking

* Accountability - Taking ownership of work
* Communication - Ability to communicate at all level, technical and business terms and knowledge, must have excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
* Initiative - Ability to think out of the box and think of new ways to tackle issues, whether technically or operationally
