Planning Coordinator

Planning Coordinator - Qatar Aircraft Catering Company - Doha

Your main responsibilities are to execute all aspects of menu grid management required to maintain accurate and up to date bill of materials in Enterprise Resouce Planning necesary for execution of efficient Material Requirement Planning and to facilitate proper costing of menus. To carry out daily and monthly ordering based on system generated forecast to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and optimal stock control.

You will plan requirements of material resources based on forecasts with suggested delivery schedule for efficient materials stock control. You have to attend menu presentation to identify new requirements and propose necessary changes to menus. Assist Planning officer in maintaining master database.

Requirements

You should be minimum high school passed, with at least 6-years of job related experience. Candidate with previous relevant experience in flight catering company will have an added advantage.

Thorough understanding of in-flight catering processes and associated system controls with in-dept knowledge in ERP and JD Edwards are mandatory requirements for this position.
