Requirements
Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 12 years experience in same capacity
If the candidate is currently working in Qatar, he should be on a 'transferable' visa and should get 'NOC' from his present employer.
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
Must be fully dependable, dedicated and work with minimal supervision
