We are currently seeking experienced candidates for the Planning Manager position we have in Doha, Qatar.
The Planning Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director and must be familiar with controls requirements for the entire life cycle of infrastructure project delivery, including project planning and scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), design, tender, construction, operations, and project decommissioning.
Requirements
We want to hear from experienced Planning Managers, with BEng / BSc (Hon) or equivalent degree with minimum 20 years post graduate experience. Ideal candidates should also have a good knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle for Roads/Infrastructures projects in respect to planning, cost and schedule control; A good knowledge of the design process and construction methodologies; Experienced Programme Controls professional with good technical skills (i.e. critical path, earned value, etc); Experienced in the application of Primavera P6, and knowledge of Primavera contract manager on Infrastructure projects; and
