Plumbing Supervisor x 4 - MEP Projects - HMAF - Doha, Qatar

To be considered for Plumbing Supervisor job , you should be able to monitor the execution of day-to-day plumbing activities at site, supervise plumbing jobs based on shop drawings and specifications to insure quality and compliance with job standards, reads and interprets shop drawings to subordinates, issues purchase requisition for site materials and/or equipment for the purpose of ensuring timely availability of materials for projects, approves all work permits for the purpose of ensuring compliance with applicable legal codes ( building, health and safety) and collaborates with appropriate stakeholder for the purpose of receiving instructions, answering questions, scheduling work, carrying out assignments, and providing information about work in progress.

You will also be responsible to coordinate activities for the purpose of ensuring safety of employees and property and to minimize the exposure to injury, loss, and/or liability, diagnoses problems and/or coordination issues with HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical systems, monitor productivity of work teams / staff and provide accurate feedback on performance subordinates, ensures meeting the assigned budget by monitoring and controlling material usage and productivity of staff, oversees assigned area (e.g. work area, vehicles, tools, equipment, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring all are maintained in safe, clean, and good working conditioned standards, coordinate activities with other trades areas and outside contractors and maintain records of jobs performed and hours worked by employees.

Requirements

Ideally you should have diploma/Degree in Mechanical, along with 10-12 years of gulf experience.
