Job description / Role
Perform all aspects of HR policies and procedures development and administration including development of new policies, process re-engineering, as well as, policy manual updates across the company, ensuring alignment with the corporate HR policies and regional practices and in line with defined business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Management OR HR Management OR related discipline.
- 5 years relevant experience in developing HR policies and procedures including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws of Qatar and regional best practices.
