Job description / Role
Provide process engineering and flow assurance support to offshore asset in close collaboration with operations & maintenance.
Key Job Accountabilities (Max 10, each unique, exclude generic)
- Provide process engineering technical support to offshore operations in areas of daily surveillance, to sustain production, reduce unit costs and improve safety & reliability.
- Perform daily asset surveillance monitoring with objective to maximize asset profitability by early detection and response to process/flow assurance abnormalities.
- Contribute to technical/operational investigation and evaluation operating problems, providing appropriate recommendations.
- Contribute towards resolution of multi-disciplinary operating problems. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (discipline engineering, operations, maintenance, loss prevention, plant safety, reservoir, production planning, well integrity, shareholders etc) to ensure that proposed solutions are fully integrated.
- Develop/update and maintain division technical procedures. Consistently apply guidance from procedures in day to day technical support activities.
- Steward EIR process to meets operations demand. Steward revalidation HAZOP recommendations close-out.
- Provide technical support as required on Management of Change, Failure Analysis, Risk Assessment, Revalidation HAZOP, project HAZID/HAZOP/SIL.
- Provide technical support to review project interface agreements ensuring that existing operations/facilities are not adversely impacted due to brownfield modifications.
- Prepare regular and adhoc reports/analysis/presentation on technical issue for management and shareholders
- Share technical knowledge with less experienced engineers to develop their capabilities.
Requirements
- 6 years experience in offshore process engineering and flow assurance
- Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
- Computer literate with advance knowledge of all relevant engineering software tools and systems.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Degree in Engineering or Science.
