Job description / Role

Procurement & Subcontracts Manager is required by an International Oil & Gas Engineering Contractor in Qatar. This fast growing organisation provides a range of EPC and maintenance services to the Power Plant and Petrochemical industry sectors within Power & Energy/Oil & Gas.

They are based in Qatar and have several project offices as well as Corporate office in Doha. Procurement & Subcontracts Manager is required to re-write existing procurement policies and procedures as well as implement new systems relating to the harmonising of procurement and subcontracts.

The Procurement & Subcontracts Manager will also have to lead the implementation of a new ERP system which will further improve efficiency within the department.
