Product Development Assistant Manager - Liabilities / Assets / Wealth (Banking)
Charterhouse is working with a leading local bank in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Product Development Assistant Manager.
You will be responsible for assisting in repackaging and enhancing the bank’s retail products and services whilst maintaining relationships with customers and identifying additional products to offer. You will also manage the portfolio of products in terms of growth and profitability for achieving budgets.
In addition, you will identify weaknesses and suggest improvements, assist in formulating future strategies as well as conduct feasibility analysis. You will also plan product campaigns, launches, promotional programmes and marketing material.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree along with an MBA in banking, business management, marketing or finance. You should have at least 6 years’ experience managing, developing and marketing banking retail products. It is essential you have solid knowledge of liabilities and third party product management and development. Knowledge of other retail products, deposits, investment products and additional retail assets will be highly advantageous.
