Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading bank in Qatar that is expanding its reach and capabilities. As a result of growing business needs, our client is looking to hire a Product Manager for their Cards Division to manage and direct the product development activities across the bank.
You will primarily be responsible for ensuring business objectives and strategies are reflected in the product development processes and that these related services are delivered in a professional and proactive manner in partnership with Divisions and Department Heads. You will manage and oversee the cards section ensuring they achieve their objectives for market share, competitiveness, service and attraction across the bank, managing their implementation through the respective sales channels.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a relevant Degree and have at least 7 years’ related experience within the cards banking sector. It is essential you are able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have full knowledge of the cards business for developing new products, new plastics, policies and procedures, risk management, TAT, benefits and attractions, customer experience and life cycle management.
