Job description / Role
Our client are a large Contractor who are involved with a prestigious landmark development in Doha, Qatar.
The project is a 500m Dhs + mixed use scheme featuring residential units, a 300 room, high rise 5* hotel and large commercial space.
They are looking for an experienced, project-based Commercial Manager to come on board to manage the MEP packages / team of MEP Quantity Surveyors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their career and progress to the next level in this role, long term.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in MEP / Quantity Surveying
- Contracting background
- Strong MEP background / experience
- Experience running own project / managing others in a team
- Middle East experience desired, but NOT essential if the candidate has exceptional experience in other areas
- Good communicator
- Forward thinking, motivated individual keen to develop their career in this role
