Project Controls Manager

Job description / Role

The Project Controls Manager role carries responsibility for agreeing, establishing and maintaining the project control systems, procedures and control framework and for ensuring that the project stakeholders clearly understand their required input.

The incumbent will need to have the following technical skills required:
- Planning/Schedule
- Progress assessment and analysis
- WBS and CBS development
- Earned Value
- Estimating
- Cost Management
- Cost Forecasting
- Risk Management
- Report Development

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 20 years of experience with a minimum of 10 years at a managerial level in project controls. Exposure in both schedule and cost management is required with a proven track record in managing a team and demonstrated background in rail, metro, large infrastructure/ transportation project.

Systems Experience:
Primavera P6 (Additionally Claim Digger is helpful) Cost Management Software (Various including: Primavera Contract Manager/Expedition, Unifier, Prism, Skyer, etc) Risk Management Software (Various including: Primavera Risk Analysis/ Pertmaster, ARM, etc)
