Project Coordination Manager - DOMASCO - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking to hire a Project Coordination Manager in Doha, Qatar for Domasco, as a Project Coordination Manager you will be responsible for Design & Development, with the objective of ensuring a smooth, cost effective and high quality operations of the CFC facilities as well as protecting the assets of the Stakeholders, your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to the following:
- Provide project management (including planning, monitoring, controlling and communication services, to support the successful implementation of new and refurbishing projects related to facilities to the Organization.
- Attendance at project planning meetings and updating Stakeholders of project progress, resolving issues, reverting to Consultant and Business.
- Monitor and compare with the planned progress to ensure quality, organisational alignment, budget, and project deliverables are on target.
- Define and agree project objectives with Automotive key stakeholders/Project Sponsor then communicate with the project team to establish this vision of what will constitute successful accomplishment of the project objective.
- Develop or provide direction for developing communication plan to ensure executive management and stakeholders receive adequate communication throughout the project and are kept informed of critical path progress and variances from plan, while building a collaborative environment for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
- To provide communication between stakeholder and consultants on project progress, issues and actions required on a weekly basis and in report format for weekly review with network development director
- To provide support to operations on matters pertaining to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments, in order to maintain standards of operation.
- Ensure that only approved finishes and materials are used as per the project guidelines and brand corporate identity.
- Manage procurement processes. Prepare various tender related documents for concept and detail design, or preliminary, final design and construction stages and general purchases.
- You will play a key role in coordinating with client/ consultant regarding progress against project program and timelines.
- Prepare in agreement with business, as per industry standards and regulatory guidelines, a Health & Safety program/manual and ensure its adherence.
- To provide communication between stakeholder and consultants on project progress, issues and actions required on a weekly basis and in report format for weekly review with Network Development Director and Domasco Managing Director.
- To provide support to operations on matters pertaining to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments, in order to maintain standards of operation
- The job holder plays a key role in the facilitation of communicating project planning data between all parties, and adherence to timelines.
- To ensure that all facilities are compliant to the Civil Defense and Municipality and regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline, B.Sc in Architecture/ Civil Engineering is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, with not less than 2 years in a managerial position, Thorough understanding of international standards on building services and facilities management Conversant with preventive/ breakdown maintenance procedures and schedule, with knowledge of BMS and VLV systems.
