Job description / Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly talented team of Railway project management professionals supporting our client on this mega rail project in the GCC.
As Project Director you will be responsible for leading the programme of work ensuring all work is delivered in a strategic and timely manner. You will be the main point of contact between the consultancy team and the client so exceptional stakeholder management skills will be required.
Requirements
- Educated to Degree level in an Engineering discipline from a recognised University or tertiary institution
- Chartered status essential
- At least 25 years of relevant experience in Railways/Infrastructure Engineering
- Proven track record on a significant rail program/transit system
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- A flexible and agile approach to problem solving
- Robust individual who is comfortable to be on-site in a challenging environment
- Middle East experience preferred but not essential
