The Company:
Our client is a global consultancy and construction firm headquartered in United Kingdom, employing approximately 4,000 people, across five continents with a turnover in excess of £2bn.

The Position:
They are looking for a full-time FM Account Director who will be responsible for delivering full FM contract to a large scale government building(s) in Qatar. Reporting to the Managing Director, the FM Director will work across different departments such as HSE, Finance, Operation & Maintenance to deliver the project and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

Who Should Apply?
- Ideally someone with Mechanical/Electrical degree
- Previous experience in delivery full FM contract
- Knowledge of CAFM
- Strong knowledge of managing sub-contractors, implementing SLA's and KPI's
