Job description / Role
A experience Project Director is needed by a global engineer consulting firm to join their team in Qatar to work on a 2022 World Cup Stadium Venues Project.
- Manage the overall delivery of the competition venues
- Manage the development of design and delivery of the construction.
- Look over contract agreements, construction documentation, client liaisons and negotiations
- Closely manage the Project Managers performance throughout the procurement and implementation phases.
- Regulaly reviews the performance of the contractors and consultants being managed by the PM
- Evaluating construction progress and issuing monthly report
Requirements
- Degree qualified in building service / construction management or related discipline.
- Previous experience in the project management field would be preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
