Project Engineer Architect

Job description / Role

• Design / construction of large Building projects including 5 years in High Rise projects.
• Sound & Applied knowledge of Architectural Design with fair knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and structural design.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Have completed a Design works including schematics
• Knowledge of current building technologies and its effective use on the project.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent in Writing and presenting reports and Design reviews.
• Having excellent CAD software skills like AUTOCAD, 3D Studio.. etc.
• Generally acted as the leading individual contributor and coordinator of design problem-solving
• Able to conduct an extensive Review of architectural documents for potential conflict with all disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Registered as professional Architect.
• MMUP is mandatory
• Minimum of 12+ years.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent in Writing and presenting reports and Design reviews.
