Project Management Office (PMO) Manager - Media / Entertainment

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a GCC entertainment and media organisation. Our client is looking to hire a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager.

This key role will report to the Director of Corporate Planning and be responsible for supporting internal projects ensuring best practice. You will be accountable for compliance and governance within the internal framework. You will also set-up and manage the overall internal project portfolio.

This role is an integral part of the business ensuring the PMO is consistent and strategically aligned with all internal processes. You will be required to prioritise projects to achieve the company’s goals.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a solid background in the entertainment and media sector coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally with setting up a PMO within the entertainment and media sector. You should be familiar with projects and portfolio management as well as leading and managing a team.

Additionally, you should possess PMO knowledge to include training and support and governance and reporting. Qatar experience would be highly advantageous but not essential. This position is an immediate start.
