Our client are one of the worlds largest, most recognised and respected Consultancies, that provide services across the whole built environment and project life cycle. With a professional headcount over 15,000 personnel operating in over 60 countries, our client have delivered some of the most recognised projects.

Our client have been managing projects in the middle east for over 50 years, their office in Doha - Qatar has been awarded some of the most prestigious multi billion dollar projects in the country. The average project is worth in excess of 1BN dollars, with a life line of over 5 years - projects are within the construction, rail and heavy civils/infrastructure sector.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager with Client Consultancy side experience to work on one of their landmark projects. Having experience within the WATER – STP – WASTE sectors is essential for this role.

Duties will include:
* Provide strategic planning, development, integration, procurement and project management role in building the capacity and capability of PWC resources and responsibilities.
* Review, interview and recommend approval of key waste contractor personnel appointments.
* Overall responsibility with the various consultants and contractors to direct overall planning applications for PWC works.
* Monitor the timely responses to RFIs, processing of change orders, and method statement approvals.
* Manage issues with relevant authorities regarding waste collection system.
* Manage planning designs for installation of waste collection systems.
* Manage execution of PWC activities for assigned construction packages for compliance with schedule and works.
* Review best practices including the application of pneumatic waste systems

Requirements

* A degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field - Mechanical Engineering. Charted Engineer.
* 15 years of experience in water roads highways utilities sewage waste management and infrastructure environment.
